Implant tyre management ; a unique range of services
 

Reward Programme

Dealers who qualify for a tyre fitting implant facility, will automatically be included in the reward programme. This entitles customers to Tesco Club Card points for every tyre fitted. In fact, we have a tyre industry exclusive trading relationship with Tesco which can be utilised to the benefit of your customers.

Staff Training

All fitting staff are trained to City & Guilds standards and also undergo regular training in areas such as administration, customer service and interpersonal communications. National Fleet Dealer Division has three training centres in Bootle, Gloucester and Edinburgh.

Service Manager Training

National Fleet Dealer Division will provide training for dealership service managers, enabling them to comfortably communicate with customers in relation

Management Information Reporting

We can provide in-depth analysis of your business performance with monthly management information reports.

 

Typical reports include:

  • Monthly performance by dealership against agreed target.
  • Monthly and cumulative spend by tyre manufacturer.
  • Monthly and cumulative number of units fitted by tyre manufacturer.
  • Monthly and cumulative spend by tyre size.
  • Percentage of puncture repairs to tyres replaced.
  • Average tyre cost by brand.

We will discuss your particular requirements with you and then design an appropriate suite of reports, with additional reports provided when requested.

Because reporting forms such an integral part of our relationship with you, we ensure that our reporting system is accurate, reliable and flexible. In addition, reports can be generated over the internet free of charge and via secure password access.
